The safety function uses energy stored in capacitors to move the valve to the set position following a power failure. Motor running time is 150 s / 90°, and safety function running time is 35 s / 90°.

Belimo GRK24A-5 – rotary actuator

Actuator for rotary valves and dampers, equipped with a safety function with adjustable NC/NO position. If the power supply is interrupted, energy stored in the capacitors enables the valve to move to the selected safety position.
