Belimo EXT-H680XP-3600

2-way globe valve with mechanical control independent of pressure changes. Designed for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating networks.

Key features and specifications

• Nominal diameter DN 80; flanged connection according to EN 1092-2; PN 25.
• V'nom: 11.1 l/s (40 m³/h); theoretical Kvs value: 80 m³/h; stroke: 18 mm.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 30% by volume glycol; fluid temperature: 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1500 kPa. To prevent cavitation, ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; leakage rate: max. 0.05% of the Kvs value.
• Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3).
• Dimensions B × L × H: 400 × 310 × 450 mm; weight: 55 kg.

Maximum flow V'max can be set using the setting ring on the valve neck. Permitted installation position: upright, with a deviation of up to ±45° relative to the stem. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
