Belimo EXT-H6125P-8000

2-way globe valve with mechanical pressure-independent control, designed for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating.

Key features

• DN 125, PN 16; flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
• V'nom 22.2 l/s (80 m³/h); theoretical Kvs value: 180 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with max. 30% by volume glycol; medium temperature 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1000 kPa. To prevent cavitation, ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0.1% of the Kvs value.
• Body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25); stroke: 21 mm.
• Permissible mounting position: vertically up to ±45° relative to the stem. Observe the direction of flow indicated by the arrow on the body.

The mechanical differential pressure regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. The maximum flow V'max is set using the ring on the valve neck; correct flow control requires maintaining the minimum differential pressure.
