Belimo NKQ24A-MF – actuator for air dampers

Configurable rotary actuator for controlling dampers in technical building systems. When the power supply is interrupted, it uses the energy stored in its capacitors to move the damper to the configured fail-safe position.

  • Motor torque: 6 Nm; air damper size up to approx. 1.2 m².
  • Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz.
  • Modulating control: 2...10 V; position feedback signal: 2...10 V. Signal ranges are configurable.
  • Motor running time: 4 s / 90°; adjustable motor running time: 4...20 s. Fail-safe function running time: 4 s / 90°.
  • Fail-safe position adjustable from 0...100% in 10% increments; hold time (PF) adjustable within 0...5 s.
  • Rotation angle: max. 95°; can be limited by mechanical stops, with a minimum permitted angle of 30°.
  • Manual override by push-button and mechanical position indicator.
  • Universal shaft clamp for 8...26.7 mm shafts; power and control connection: 1 m cable, 4x 0.75 mm².
  • Power consumption: 11 W during operation, 3 W at rest; power rating for cable sizing: 22 VA.
  • IEC/EN degree of protection: IP54; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

Parameters can be configured using Belimo Assistant 2 or ZTH EU. At initial power-up, the actuator adapts to the mechanical range of movement.
