1. General Provisions
- This warranty is granted exclusively to a business entity that has purchased the goods in connection with its professional or business activities (hereinafter: the “Purchaser”).
- This warranty constitutes the sole basis for the Warrantor’s liability to the Purchaser for defects in the goods.
- Liability under the statutory warranty for defects is excluded in its entirety (Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code).
- Entitlement to warranty coverage is conditional upon compliance with all requirements specified in this document.
2. Warranty Period and Scope
- The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects that become apparent during normal, proper use of the goods.
- The warranty does not cover any losses, damage or costs arising from the occurrence of a defect other than those specified in this document.
3. Warranty Exclusions
3.1. Damage Resulting from Improper Use
- operation contrary to the operating instructions, technical specifications or intended use,
- connection to an incorrect power supply, overvoltage, voltage fluctuations, short circuits, incorrect polarity,
- incorrect installation, failure to perform required maintenance, use of non-original accessories or components.
3.2. Mechanical and Environmental Damage
- damage caused by transport after purchase, dropping, impacts or crushing,
- flooding, moisture exposure, corrosion, ingress of dust, sand, mud, liquids or chemicals,
- exposure to temperatures outside the operating and storage ranges, extreme humidity, radiation, electromagnetic fields or chemically aggressive atmospheres.
3.3. Damage Resulting from Interventions
- repairs, modifications or alterations performed by persons other than the Warrantor or its authorised service centre,
- tampering with seals, security labels or serial numbers if this prevents reliable diagnostics or contributes to the occurrence of the defect.
3.4. Consumables and Normal Wear and Tear
- fuses, batteries, rechargeable batteries, connectors, moving parts, components subject to wear,
- normal changes in parameters and degradation resulting from typical operation.
4. Conditions for Warranty Service
- The Purchaser shall submit warranty claims in writing or by email to the Warrantor’s service address.
- A claim will be accepted only if the following are provided:
- a detailed description of the fault,
- proof of purchase,
- the model designation and serial number.
- The Warrantor may refuse to carry out a repair if the device is incomplete, cannot be identified or has damage that prevents diagnosis.
5. Delivery of Goods to the Service Centre
- The Purchaser shall deliver the goods at its own expense to the Warrantor’s service centre, in packaging that protects against damage.
- The Warrantor shall not be liable for damage occurring during transport.
- If it is determined that:
- the fault is not covered by the warranty,
- the device is functioning correctly,
- the defect results from incorrect installation on the Purchaser’s part,
the Purchaser will be charged for diagnostics, transport and any repairs.
6. Repair Completion Period
- The standard repair period is up to 30 working days from the date of delivery of the device.
- In duly justified cases (e.g. the need to obtain parts or conduct a complex technical analysis), this period may be extended by the time necessary to complete the repair.
- The choice of warranty remedy (repair, replacement, reduction in functionality, substitute product) rests exclusively with the Warrantor.
7. Collection of the Device
- Upon completion of the repair, the Purchaser will be notified that the device is available for collection.
- The Purchaser is required to collect the equipment within 60 days.
- After this period has elapsed, the Warrantor may:
- charge storage fees,
- after 12 months – dispose of the equipment at the Purchaser’s expense.
8. Limitation of Liability

The Warrantor’s liability is limited exclusively to the obligations arising under this warranty.

The Warrantor shall not be liable for:
- loss of profits,
- production downtime,
- removal and reinstallation costs,
- costs of replacement equipment,
- indirect and consequential damage,
- damage resulting from incorrect installation or system integration.

The Warrantor’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the net value of the purchased goods.

The Warrantor provides no other warranties, express or implied, beyond this document.

10. Final Provisions
- The warranty is valid within the European Union, unless the parties agree otherwise.
- All disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Warrantor’s registered office.
- The warranty constitutes an integral part of the sales contract.
