87-305 Zbiczno, Pod Sosno 28, Poland

1. General information

  1. The manufacturer – ELETOR Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 87-305 Zbiczno, Pod Sosno 28, Poland (hereinafter: the “Guarantor”) – grants the Purchaser a quality warranty for the goods for which this warranty card has been issued, provided that they are used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the rules set out in the operating instructions.
  2. The warranty is voluntary and does not exclude, limit or suspend the Purchaser’s rights under the provisions on statutory warranty for defects in goods sold (Articles 556–576 of the Civil Code).

2. Warranty period and scope of the Guarantor’s obligations

  1. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale of the goods.
  2. Defects or faults discovered during this period will be rectified free of charge, provided that the terms of this warranty are met.
  3. After the warranty period expires or if warranty rights are lost, repairs are carried out for a charge.
  4. The warranty covers only defects arising from causes inherent in the goods.

3. Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover, in particular:

  1. Defects and damage resulting from:

    • improper use contrary to the operating instructions,
    • use of accessories or replacement materials not specified for use,
    • unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications carried out by persons other than the Guarantor or an authorised service centre,
    • improper transport or dropping after purchase,
    • mechanical damage caused by improper operation,
    • fire, flood, water ingress, lightning strikes, power surges, natural disasters, chemical contamination, radiation or magnetic fields,
    • a power supply with parameters that do not meet the requirements,
    • improper storage (e.g. outside the temperature or humidity range),
    • failure to perform the maintenance required by the instructions.
  2. Defects resulting from normal wear of consumable components.

  3. Depletion of batteries, rechargeable batteries and other consumables – these are covered by the warranty only for manufacturing defects.

  4. Damage caused by liquids, sand, mud, dust, fine particles or other substances entering the device.

  5. Activities described in the operating instructions as the user’s responsibility.

4. Loss of warranty rights

The Purchaser loses warranty rights in the event of:

  1. repairs, alterations or modifications to the goods carried out by unauthorised persons,
  2. tampering with seals, safeguards or identification labels if such tampering contributed to the defect or prevents its diagnosis,
  3. removal, concealment or damage of the serial number.

5. Repair procedure

  1. The repair period is up to 21 working days from the date the goods are delivered to the Guarantor’s service centre.
  2. In cases requiring parts to be obtained or specialist tests to be carried out, or involving complex faults, the repair period may be extended — the Guarantor will inform the Purchaser accordingly.
  3. The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair – from the date the goods are delivered to the service centre to the date of notification that they are ready for collection.
  4. After completing the repair, the Guarantor issues a document confirming the scope of the work performed.

6. Documents required when submitting a claim

  1. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be presented (receipt, invoice or electronic confirmation).
  2. The warranty card – if issued – facilitates identification of the goods; however, its absence or incompleteness does not exclude warranty rights, provided that the Purchaser proves the purchase.
  3. Unauthorised alterations to the warranty card do not affect warranty rights if the device details can be established from the serial number and proof of purchase.

7. Delivery of goods to the service centre

  1. The Purchaser delivers the goods to the service centre at their own expense, in packaging that ensures safe transport.
  2. The Guarantor is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate protection of the shipment.
  3. If the reported fault is not covered by the warranty or the goods are in working order, the Purchaser may be charged for diagnostics and transport.

8. Collection of goods

  1. The Purchaser should collect the equipment within 90 days of receiving notification that the repair has been completed.
  2. After this period, the Purchaser bears the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods.
  3. The Guarantor may charge a storage fee.

9. How to submit a warranty claim

  1. Warranty claims may be submitted:

    • to the seller of the goods, or
    • directly to the Guarantor:
ELETOR Sp. z o.o., 87-305 Zbiczno, Pod Sosno 28, Poland,
      Service Centre
  2. The claim should include a description of the fault, contact details, proof of purchase and – if applicable – the serial number.

10. Limitations of the Guarantor’s liability

  1. The Guarantor is not liable for:

    • lost income,
    • work interruptions,
    • consequential or indirect damage arising from a defect or the duration of the repair,
    • damage resulting from incorrect installation, use or programming of the device.
  2. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under mandatory legal provisions, including liability for personal injury.

11. Final provisions

  1. The warranty applies within the territory of the European Union, unless the Guarantor provides otherwise.
  2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
  3. The warranty document is valid only together with proof of purchase.
